1. How to open a Savings account with the Bank?
To open an account with the Bank, the proposed account holder has to come personally along with the following documents:
INDIVIDUAL Accounts
Customer should update Aadhaar or OVD with current address within a period of three months.

2. What are the procedures for the opening of Current Account?
Two Photographs for each person is required in Current Account. Besides the documents stated above for an individual valid and operative PAN CARD is compulsory for opening a Current account.

HUF accounts
Company accounts
In addition to the documents related to the individual operating persons following documents required to open company's current account.
Association or Trust
In addition, the documents related to the individual operating persons as mentioned in Saving account following documents required to open trust account.
SOLE PROPRETOR’S ACCOUNT:
In addition to the documents related to the individual operating persons following documents required to open sole proprietor’s current account.
1. In addition to the above, any two of the following documents as a proof of business/ activity in the name of the proprietary firm shall also be obtained.
(a) Registration certificate including Udhyam Registration Certificate
(b) Certificate/license issued by the municipal authorities under Shop and Establishment Act
(c) Sales and income tax returns.
(d) CST/VAT/ GST certificate (Provisional/final).
(e) Certificate/registration document issued by Sales Tax/Service Tax/Professional Tax authorities.
(f) IEC (Importer Exporter Code) issued to the proprietary concern by the office of DGFT/ License/certificate of practice issued in the name of the proprietary concern by any professional body incorporated under a statute.
(g) Complete Income Tax Return (not just the acknowledgment) in the name of the sole proprietor where the firm's income is reflected, duly authenticated/acknowledged by the Income Tax authorities.
(h) Utility bills such as electricity, water, and landline telephone bills
3. I want to place some amount with the Bank for getting higher returns, is there any possibility?
You can place some fixed amount in any of our schemes for a specific period with specific rate of interest. You may have the option to get the interest on the deposits every quarter or with cumulative process of getting the principal after a specified period along with the accumulated interest. PAN CARD is compulsory for deposits of Rs.50000/- and above.
4. If you are having the particulars of the account of the person/s, firms, Co, to whom you have to send remittance, you may use the following facilities:
Through NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, UPI.
5. If I am having account one of your branches and whether I may deposit or withdraw from my account from other branches of your Bank.
Yes. You can do by using our Any Branch Banking system without any additional charge.
6. Without coming to the Bank or at the time, when I am out of station can I have access to my a/c?
Yes. You can utilize our Mobile Banking and Net Banking Service (view only), by registering at branch.
7. I am in need of funds on unforeseen circumstances or for my business purposes. Can I get it from the Bank?
Our Bank is having various loans and credit schemes and depending upon the necessity you may get the loan after the production of necessary documents and securities within a reasonable time.
8. What is the process of passbook/statement printing?
At regular intervals, you may get your passbooks duly filled in. You can get your account statement every month on your e-mail (it is compulsory to register your e-mail in your account).
9. For legal documents, I have to pay stamp duty. Is there any facility with the Bank?
Our Azad Chowk Branch is authorized for stamp franking by the Government of Gujarat (Stamps Department, Gandhinagar). You can get your unsigned documents with franking free of charge.
10. If I lost my Cheque-Book/Pass-Book somewhere, what I have to do?
You should immediately notify the Bank about the loss of cheque book or passbook. The stop-payment instructions will be carried for the lost cheques and the duplicate pass book will be issued after debiting the necessary charges in the account. You have to produce satisfactory evidence for your identity.
11. How can I block my Debit cum ATM Card?
You can block your Debit cum ATM Card yourself by simple SMS,
